Whistleblowing Procedure

Any staff member or stakeholder of the Group who believes they have been a victim of unlawful acts is invited to initiate the complaint escalation procedure or whistleblowing procedure. An investigation will then be immediately initiated.

Examples of unlawful acts: moral harassment, sexual harassment, workplace violence, actions
contrary to the Group’s commitments regarding intellectual property, information security, anti-corruption, respect for human rights, and anti-discrimination.

Dedicated communication channel
Any employee can internally report detailed information via the company’s postal box, by direct email to Management and/or Human Resources managers, and through this whistleblowing procedure.
Any stakeholder of a Group subsidiary can report detailed information through this whistleblowing procedure.

Guarantee of anonymity
Allegations will be handled confidentially.

No retaliation
Provided that the employee presents evidence that allows for the presumption that they have, in good faith, reported facts likely to be classified as a criminal offense, no threat of retaliation may be initiated against them.
Similarly, provided that a stakeholder presents evidence allowing for the presumption that their actions were based on good faith, no threat of retaliation may be initiated.
